Return and Refund Policy
Return period and deadlines
Our returns policy lasts 14 days, in accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
The processing time for returns is between 24 hours and 72 hours, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
Return conditions
To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code. It must also be in its original packaging.
The return of gift cards is not authorized, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code. This includes any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for any reason not due to error on our part, as well as any item returned more than 14 days after receipt.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code. We will also tell you whether your reimbursement is approved or refused, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code.
If it is approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or initial means of payment is automatically credited within a few days, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code .
Returns initiation process
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Have the order number containing the item you wish to return ready.
- Contact us at our email: coverhousse@outlook.com providing the required information (order number and reason for return).
- Wait for your return request to be approved before shipping it, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
Then contact the company issuing your credit card, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.

Sale or promotional items
Only items at normal prices are refundable, in accordance with article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Trades
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged, in accordance with article L. 217-7 of the Consumer Code. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at coverhousse@outlook.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
Shipping and return costs

Shipping costs related to the return of your item are your responsibility, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary, in accordance with article L. 221-24 of the Consumer Code.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $75, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item, in accordance with article L. 221-23 of the Consumer Code.
